5 Must Have Tools for Organising your Home

Having an organised home will also help you to have an organised mind! There are many tools and gadgets which you can buy that can help you organise your spaces better. Having a place for everything will allow you to keep you home tidy as you can just put everything away in its place when you've finished using it.
All homes are different and so some tools will work in your home and others will not. It's all about finding organising solutions which work for you. Some organising tools I have found are:
Drawer dividers
This could be in drawer boxes and tray or adjustable dividers which can fit into the drawer to create separate areas. I particularly like being able to divide up my drawers to separate things like my make up into different products or separate out my bobbles and hair grips. Some little drawer boxes which I use in my dressing table drawers are (https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/search/?q=nojig).
Storage boxes
The type and size of storage box I get will depend on the area I'm organising. To organise cupboards and shelving, I would go for small Wham boxes (https://www.plasticboxshop.co.uk/home-storage-c1/studio-basket-rectangular-4-02-p3863) however, if I was organising a large space such as a garage or shed, I would go for larger boxes (https://www.therange.co.uk/household/storage/plastic-storage-boxes-and-bags/wham-plastic-storage-box).
Label maker
The label maker I have is the Dymo Junior Home Embossing Label Maker (https://amzn.eu/d/dFvfvy6). It's really easy to use and doesn't require batteries. I use a lot of boxes when organising my home so like to stick labels on them making it easier to find things when I need them.
Furniture with storage
I really like having furniture with storage in it to try to keep my home as minimalist as possible. I bought a storage footstool for my living room and have recently replaced my bed and I bought an ottoman. There are many different items of furniture which you could include in your home. My storage footstool matches my sofa from IKEA (https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/vimle-footstool-with-storage-gunnared-beige-s79392585/). My ottoman bed is from Dusk (https://dusk.com/products/madison-ottoman-storage-bed-stone-grey).
Kitchen Organisers
I organise my mugs and plates so they are all easier to get to. They also look much tidier in the cupboard. The mug holder I've got is from Argos (https://www.argos.co.uk/product/9491555). It goes on to the shelf above so the mug can hang neatly. The plate organisers I have are from IKEA (https://www.ikea.com/gb/en/p/rinnig-plate-holder-70387258). The plates slot in perfectly and are easily to get to when needed.
